Foundation SIA Zuzeum operates the www.zuzeum.com website (the “Service”).

By visiting the Zuzeum Art Centre, you agree to have photos or videos of you taken for Zuzeum’s marketing purposes. You can refuse to be photographed or filmed by informing the photographer or cameraperson.

In order to revoke one’s agreement to the processing of data, one must submit a written application to SIA Zuzeum, by mailing it to Lāčplēša iela 101, Riga, LV-1011, or a written application signed by a secure electronic signature by sending it to the email address: hello@zuzeum.com.

If the data subject requests more than one copy of the data, including cases where requests for the same set of personal data have been submitted several times, SIA Zuzeum may set a reasonable cost for this, based on administrative costs.

SIA Zuzeum communicates with the data subject using the contact information provided by the data subject (phone number, email address, mailing address). The data subject can receive the requested information within one month from receiving the reception of the request in a registered letter mailed to the address provided on the application or by email, or by personally appearing at the office of SIA Zuzeum at Lāčplēša iela 101, Riga, LV-1011.

In case the data subject is dissatisfied with the reply received, the data subject has the right to submit a complaint to the Data State Inspection at Blaumaņa iela 11/13-11, Riga, LV-1011.
