The melancholically hypnotic soundscape of the evening, layered with pulsating and at times industrial textures, will be shaped by Seimurs Guseinovs – DJ and organizer of the dark electronic music event series “ĒNĀ”; Ģirts Reiniks – DJ and co-host of the experimental music festival “Skaņu Mežs” radio show; and Sasha Gesta – DJ and co-founder of the “RIOT” event series.).

About DJs

Seimurs Guseinovs is a DJ and electronic music artist from Riga who draws inspiration from mutant-like compositions – rough, energetic rhythms that merge the aesthetics of techno and industrial with a subtle 303 flavour and crudely distorted vocals. He is the founder of the underground music event series “ĒNĀ” (@ena.riga) and hosts the radio show “Distorted Vision”.

Ģirts Reiniks is a DJ and sound artist from Riga who has been involved in the local underground scene since the early 2010s. Whether playing techno in clubs, co-hosts the Skaņu Mežs (@skanumezs) radio show, or plays experimental music records in a free-form manner for a few people in small venues.

Gesta is a DJ and vinyl collector. Honed over more than two decades, his technical mastery weaves minimalist yet dense techno sound pulses into one continuous narrative. As a member of the former techno collective “RITMIKA” and co-founder of the “RIOT” event series, he also stands as one of the key figures in the local techno scene.

Meanwhile, delicious pizzas will be provided throughout the evening by “Weekend Artisan Pizza,” and at the Zuzeum bar you’ll be able to enjoy drinks and special cocktails created for the exhibition “MAMA ‘Mother Nature’”.

In case of bad weather, the event will take place indoors.
