📍 Zuzeum Rooftop Terrace and Exhibition Halls

🪩 DJ set by MAQOM and Milo

On the first Saturday of the exhibition, Zuzeum Rooftop will be open late. Discover the exhibition How It Is in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy a special cocktail menu inspired by the newest exhibition, and stay for a special DJ set by MAQOM — a DJ living between Barcelona, Riga, and Tashkent. Inspired by his homeland’s traditions, his style blends hypnotic ethnic rhythms with melodic house, inviting everyone to connect, unwind, and experience music as a shared, soulful moment. During the evening, his brother-in-music, Milo, will join him, adding some afro-organic house and a contemporary touch of 90s sounds.

Evening plan:

🕒 15:00 Guided tour at the exhibition How it is (in Latvian)
🎧 16:00 – 21:00 DJ set at the Rooftop terrace
🥂 A glass of Prosecco will be served at the bar upon showing the ticket.

About the exhibition:

Zuzeum Art Centre is pleased to present Austrian sculptor Erwin Wurm’s first solo show in Latvia. Erwin Wurm (b. 1954, lives and works in Vienna and Limberg) is considered one of the most influential European sculptors of the last few decades. How It Is collects his works from different periods, presenting a unique perspective on the artist’s singular mix of figuration, philosophy, and the absurd.
