Christmas sound workshop for children and youth with Agnese Rakovska and the project “Zvaigznājs”.

On December 11, the musician Agnese Rakovska will visit the creative workshop of the Zuzeum Art Centre with the project «Zvaigznājs». Children and youth will have the opportunity to discover their talents on the creative platform hosted by Zuzeum, participate in songwriting, try different instruments and peek into the music studio. The workshop is part of the Zuzeum program of Christmas welcoming events.

In Agneses Rakovska’s workshop, participants will have the chance to experience the interpretation of art in music. Each participant of the creative master class will have the opportunity to choose their favorite work of art in the exhibition on the first floor of the Zuzeum, which they will turn into song lyrics together with their mentors. The event will offer not only an introduction to the world of art but also an introduction to the world of music. As a result, the text will be sung and recorded as an original composition.

The «Zvaigznājs» project aims to give the audience of children and young people an insight into the basics of music by offering discussions, workshops and space for self-expression to interest those without specific education in music and to allow them to develop their creative side.
