Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

Flow yoga is mixture of meditation, breath-work and energising movement. It is a gentle yoga practice in which the simple practice of yoga connects you with conscious breath, focus on the body and your inner feelings, allowing the body to become supple and strong, but the mind calm and focused.

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that uses conscious breathing combined with movement. Connecting the movement to the breath is called Vinyasa. After the practice of sun salutation, each asana is held for 5 breaths and then during the practice we move smoothly to the next asana, and then to the next. Ashtanga vinyasa lessons will help you think more clearly, experience inner peace and feel more energetic, and daily practice will improve your quality of life.

Kundalini yoga is a dynamic yoga practice in which the organs and glands are stimulated with the help of special exercise complexes and breathing techniques. Kundalini yoga exercises the whole body, but most effectively strengthens the autonomic nervous system and endocrine or hormonal system.
Kundalini yoga also has a strong emotional effect – it calms the mind, strengthens intuition and optimism, improves concentration, promotes successful materialisation of creative impulses and refreshing sleep through various meditations, chanting of mantras and breathing exercises (pranayas).

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of modern physical yoga. The main goal of Hatha Yoga is to connect body and mind into a single, harmonious whole. This is achieved by combining asanas with breathing exercises during practice. Hatha Yoga focuses on maintaining the flexibility of the spine, improving joint mobility and strengthening muscles. Hatha yoga practice is slower and gentler than other forms of yoga that are focused on the physical body.
