At Home with the World – Christmas

Zuzeum and Shipsea welcome you to this year’s final concert of “At Home with the World– Christmas”, Tuesday 20th of December at 19.00. The holiday concert will ring on Christmas week. Join us to sing carols and mulled wine and catch the celebration spirit next to our festive tree.

The concert participants will be of four very different timbres of voice – singer and producer Evija Vēbere, JRT (Jaunais Rīgas teātris) actor Gerds Lapoška, jazz singer Kristīne Prauliņa, as well as musician and curator of this concert series Jānis Šipkēvics (Shipsea). Jānis says: “By assembling this set of personalities in the living room of Zuzeum, I intended to fuse different experiences, attitudes and views on a very special time for each of us – Christmas. Seek comfort and joy. Quite possibly, this is a time of great revelations or forgiveness for someone. For others, it is the loneliest time of the year, or vice versa – the opportunity to merge with the world’s strings of Christmas trees and gnomes. Whatever your Christmas has been like, we’ll share our sense of what we think a wonderland sounds like.”

The tickets are available online at www.zuzeum.com and www.bilesuserviss.lv. The ticket price is EUR 22. A limited number of seats are available. The purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Concert language: Latvian.

Both seated and standing tickets will be available at the concert without booking. Arrive on time, take the most comfortable seat, order a drink at the café and make yourself at home! 

Concert guests will have the opportunity to visit the art market  “Zandele”, during which visitors can view and purchase artworks from the Zuzāns Collection.
